carries with it a lot of responsibility for the entire family.</div> <div> Folsom Lake College and the Department of Social Services provides training to foster parents, kinship parents, adoptive parents, social workers and others caring for children in out-of-home placements.</div> <div> Our training is offered in two counties, <FONT SIZE="2" COLOR="#FF33FF" FACE="Arial" ><A HREF="id22.htm" state mandated requirements for licensed foster homes. </div> <div> Attendees are presented with a "Certificate of Participation", per class. </div> <div> Once a participant has met their mandated
