pregnant and/or in jail.</div> <bR> <div> Folsom Lake  College "Independent Living Skills Program" offers training to eligible youth .</div> <bR> <div> Our goal in the "Independent Living Skills Program" is to enable youth to achieve self-sufficiency prior to emancipation. </div> <bR> <div> We provide training and individualized services to assist each youth in achieving their goals.</div>
